At Herbal Pharm Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Singapore.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
